David J. D'Innocenzo, President / CEO


Prior to founding NetworkingPS, Mr. D’Innocenzo was in charge of US East Coast Operations for an Off-Shore Development firm. He had complete responsibility for all marketing, sales, business development, service development, service delivery, client services, and support.

Preceding that Mr. D'Innocenzo was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American General Information Services (AGIS). He was responsible for all marketing, sales, business development, alliances, service development, service delivery, human resources, client services, and support.

Previous to that, Mr. D’Innocenzo, served as Senior Manager of Network Computing and Voice at AT&T Solutions, the outsourcing arm of AT&T. His duties included service realization and systems/applications development for their entire networking operations and management infrastructure along with all Operations Support Systems.

In addition, at Digital Equipment Corporation, Mr. D'Innocenzo held a number of senior-level management positions in business development, sales management, channels management, sales operations, and global service development and operations in that company's Outsourcing Management Services organization.


Martin D. Smith, Exec. Vice-President / CIO / CTO


Martin Smith is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships between NetworkingPS and its key business partners. On a day-to-day level, he also manages the technical sales support organization and the internal company infrastructure.

Dr. Smith has had over twenty years of management experience in many facets of IT including Requirements and Applications Development, CRM, e-Business, Infrastructure Development, Operations Support Systems, Network Engineering and Management, Operations, Process Design and Improvement, Product Management, Project Management, Sales and Technical Sales Support, Consulting, Service Implementation, Training, and Vendor Management.

Prior to helping found NetworkingPS, Dr. Smith held a number of key positions at AT&T Solutions, the outsourcing arm of AT&T.  He was instrumental in establishing service delivery processes and procedures, as well as designing support systems and evaluating and implementing networking management tools for the Global Client Support Center, AT&T Solutions’ state-of-the-art networking management center.  Dr. Smith also directly consulted with many of AT&T Solutions’ major clients to determine the optimum approach for monitoring and managing their data / voice networks, electronically "bonding" their systems with those of AT&T, and then transitioning those clients into an outsourcing environment.

Before joining corporate America, Dr. Smith was a professor at Rutgers University. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he also served as the Assistant Director of computer-based education.


James F. Gore, Director of Security Management Services

As the Director of Security Management Services (SMS) Consulting, James Gore is responsible for overseeing all consulting engagements within our security practice. 

Mr. Gore came to NetworkingPS from IBM/Tivoli where he was an Identity Management Architect & Project Manager.  Prior to that he was with Access360 which IBM acquired and which then became the basis for IBMs offering in the IdM space.  Prior to that he worked at Continuus Software, MetaSolv, and the State of Texas where he held a variety of senior roles.

Mr. Gore is an experienced security architect, project manager, technical consultant, and system administrator with over twenty-eight years successful experience in information technology.  He is accomplished in many aspects of information system security, software development, implementation, support, project management, configuration management, network administration, technical lead, lead consultant, lead architect, trainer, and ranch foreman with extensive travel experience throughout North America.  Mr. Gore has established excellent customer relationships and a reputation of quality and  integrity with companies including US ATF, American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Marsh, MBNA, Oppenhiemer Funds, Hoechst Celanese, ScotiaBank, Prudential, GTE Telecom, Telus Communication, USAF, US Army, Texas Army National Guard, Lockheed Martin, Eckerd’s, Whirlpool, Dillard’s, Sears, Kmart, JC Penney, SYSCO Foods, Exxon Mobil, Exelon, Salt River Project, and eTRADE Financial.
